Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us!
We recommend that you will check all orders as soon as you receive them.
In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please follow the return steps below:
- Notify us via email, fax or phone within 60 days of the day you received your package, please note that we do not accept returns if not notified within 60 days from receiving the package.
- If there is any problem please keep the original package and receipt.
- Our Customer Service representative will contact you as soon as possible for the specific return instructions. Please do not return merchandise without aurhorization from our Customer Service.
When you return merchandise, please keep in mind that you are sending the package to Israel. This can take up to 3 weeks from the time you send the package. Also, if you qualify to receive a refund, it generally takes about 14 days from the time we receive the merchandise back in Israel to when you see it on your statement. This is due to the processing time for international credit card transactions.
We will make sure to notify you via email or phone as soon as we have received and processed the returned item in question.
